Monday route reviews that finish on time
A retail ops pair near Podgorica runs a 25-minute Monday review. They shared the ritual after a Floor-to-Screen Sync clinic, and we now teach a version of it in Route Studio.
Minute 0–5: what changed
Only annotations added since last Monday. No storytelling about last quarter.
Minute 5–15: one friction
The group picks a single friction point. If two appear equal, they flip a coin — seriously — and park the other for next week.
Minute 15–25: one owner, one next check
Someone owns the experiment. The map gets a dated sticky with the check-in day. Meeting ends even if chat continues afterward in a channel.
The point is cadence, not completeness. Maps that try to fix everything on Monday morning usually fix nothing by Friday.
